What’s happened 2012

So a lot has happened in the last 13 weeks. I have completed WEB309 and COM12, COM12 is a credit and just waiting on the final marks for WEB309. This week I have started WEB300 and NED12 both seem like creative units and I am looking forward to that.

Personal non school life, I participated in the Sydney 2012 Zombie Walk


it was a lot of fun and was done to raise money for the Brain Foundation. I also went to Soundwave and checked out some amazing and very talented music artists

other then that a lot of time has been focused on work and school, but more on that later.

Study Period 4…The Crazy Season

This week marks the start of SP4… I would say this is the most intence study period, not because the subject are overlly hard, but because of all the other social commitments that happen during Christmas and the New Year.

For SP4 I will be studying COM12 and WEB309 (links are in the side bar) more to come over the next 13 weeks. And also sorry about the house keeping, I need to add in the other pages for MED104 and WEB206 (I will do these over the break from work)

What happens when television and social media converge? Fango!

Fango is a new app for smart phones and tablets that was launched by Yahoo!7 on Friday 11th November 2011. The app allows user to check into their favorite television show and communicate with fellow fans of the show. From just one app users will be able to join in on the official Facebook and Twitter conversations, play along with real time polls and trivia questions, read blogs and news and watch additional video content related to their favorite television show.

And so it starts again…

Back into the swing of things, I have just started my 2nd year at UNI, I am really looking forward to what this year will bring, not only with school, but work and life in general.

So this is Study Period 3 (SP3) and for the next 13 weeks I will be studying MED104 and WEB206, you can find out more about this units through Internet Communications @ Curtin University, so as this is only week one there isn’t a lot to post as it is an introduction week.

Just a short post this week, while I try to sort out links and page designs etc.
